No. If you already own land, Alchemy will design a bespoke residence tailored to your site, and Lewis Build will deliver it. If you’re still searching, we also offer a limited number of architectural house and land opportunities in Auckland, carefully selected for outlook, amenity, and long-term value.
Because design and construction are aligned from the start, your budget is considered alongside the design at every stage, not after the fact. We provide transparent pricing as the design progresses, so there are no costly redesigns or budget shocks once you reach construction. We’ll walk you through everything during your discovery call.
Our standard timeframe for building a custom home is 9–12 months, with larger homes taking 18 months or more. The design and consenting stage is separate and can take 6–12 months, depending on the scale. Every step is carefully managed to ensure timely completion.
